Edition 2

The second edition of the Crichton Cup concluded on August 17th with Kasasi FC claiming the title after defeating defending champions TY Omujuma in a penalty shootout. The match ended 1-1 in regular time before Kasasi prevailed from the spot.

The tournament began on August 10th with the group stages held at Maroons Pitch and concluded with the semifinals and final at King Park Arena. Eight teams competed in this year’s event: TY Omujuma, SC Kalele, Machando, Nshera, Ensayi, Jabulani, Kasasi, and Bonfubs.

Kasasi FC’s victory marks their first major championship in the Ntare Lions League Fraternity.
